Lending/Loan Reviewers
 
Currently, we are looking for Loan Reviewers to join our team involved in conducting loan reviews, reviewing lending processes, assessing risk management systems, providing business solutions, and generating additional business.

Qualified candidates will possess a broad based knowledge of banking, and 2-5 years of experience in commercial, mortgage and consumer lending. In addition, preferred candidates will have excellent number skills, attention to detail and the ability to work in a team environment is essential. Travel is required: estimated at 70%, including 2-3 overnight stays per week.

Chief Financial Officer/CIO/COO - Community Bank
 
We are assisting a traditional community bank, located in Central Ohio, in finding an experienced professional to oversee all financial and accounting, business information systems and retail operations of the bank. This very financially sound institution is locally owned/operated which allows them to tailor their services to meet the local needs of the community and be responsive to what people in the area want from their community bank. They have an excellent reputation in the community for strong customer service and honest management of funds. This bank is nestled in the hills of a beautiful rural community, with residents who enjoy the beauty of the farm country and abundance of agriculture – and know their banker and each other.

This key management position will be responsible for overseeing the entire bank’s operating results and ensuring the bank’s assets. This analytical and community minded individual will prepare, present and interpret financial reports to senior management addressing the financial needs/status of the bank -- this includes 10Q, 10K, the annual report and audited financial statements. This adept professional also oversees all technology and operational functions.

The successful incumbent will have excellent accounting and analytical skills, basic understanding of all bank functions and the effect of financial change for each is essential. A minimum of 8-10 years of related experience is required with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; an MBA and CPA designation is ideal. Prior experience with SEC reporting is also a plus.

The bank offers a complete compensation package including competitive salary, health care, holidays, paid vacation, sick leave, personal time and 401(K). In addition, the bank will consider some relocation assistance to the area for the selected candidate.
