Bank Compliance Consultant
 

Currently, we have an opportunity available within our Compliance Division for a Consultant who will specialize in all areas of regulatory compliance. Your primary responsibilities will be to assist banks in the process of setting up in-bank monitoring systems, conducting on-site compliance reviews and training, composing articles for the Compliance Update and other compliance related publications, respond to client calls through the Compliance Hotline, and help grow and increase the profitability of the Compliance division.

To be considered for this position you must possess prior banking experience, including a minimum of five (5) years well rounded regulatory compliance experience with current knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act. In addition, excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Your ability to travel a minimum of 60% is required; when traveling additional time and long days should be expected. Microsoft Office and general networking skills are necessary. Prior public speaking experience is a plus, but not required.

Although our main office is in NE Ohio, our expectation is to provide this employee the flexibility of working out of a home based office, preferably in a geographic region West of Ohio, as a means to provide additional support to our Midwest clients. Applicants must have reasonable access to a major airport for travel purposes.

Our total compensation package includes base salary, bonus incentives for profitability and business referrals, benefits including health care and 401(k), vacation and personal time, and flexibility in scheduling your work.

Bank Lending Consultant/Loan Reviewers
 

Currently, we are looking for Loan Reviewers to work in both a full-time and an Independent Contractor (1099) arrangement, participating on teams involved in conducting loan reviews, reviewing lending processes, assessing risk management systems, providing business solutions, and generating additional business to help grow and increase the profitability of the Lending division.

Qualified candidates will possess a broad based knowledge of banking, a minimum of 5 years combined experience in commercial, mortgage, and consumer lending. In addition, preferred candidates will have excellent number skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team environment is essential. Travel is required and estimated at 50% on an annual basis, including 2-3 overnight stays per week (Independent Contractor arrangements will have more flexibility in scheduling and time off. May be needed 1-2 times per month in busy seasons). Ability to travel by air is a requirement of this position.

Administrative Assistant - Full Time
 

We're currently looking for an energetic and organized self-starter to provide administrative support. Primary duties include operating the main company multi line phone; using Microsoft office products for various daily and weekly assignments; and giving administrative support to employees.

To be considered for this position you must have prior office/administrative experience including excellent verbal communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and multi task. A working knowledge of Microsoft Access, Publisher, and Powerpoint is beneficial. This is a full time position; M-F 8:30-5:00.
