Currently, we are looking for an
energetic and organized self-starter to assist in the administrative
support area. Primary duties include operating the main company
multi line phone; using Microsoft office products for various daily
and weekly assignments; and giving admin support to employees.
To
be considered for this position you must have prior
office/administrative experience including excellent verbal
communication skills, proficient in Microsoft office products,
excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and
accomplish multiple tasks. This is a part time position with
approximately 15-18 hours per week. Schedule could vary based on
business needs (day shift only).
