Currently, we have a unique opportunity available within our Compliance Division for an Associate Consultant who will specialize in deposit/operations and lending Compliance. Your primary responsibilities will be to assist our senior consultants with on-site and off-site compliance reviews, writing reports, composing articles for the Compliance Update Newsletter, responding to client calls/emails through the Compliance Hotline and directly from clients, assisting in updating Young & Associates, Inc. compliance policies and products, and helping grow and increase the profitability of the Compliance Division.
To be considered for this position you must possess 3-5 years banking experience, including at least 1-year regulatory compliance background in a banking environment. In addition, preferred candidates should possess strong analytical and organizational skills, be detail oriented, ability to multitask and work independently, proficient in Office 365, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Your ability to travel approximately 40% is required (including air travel); additional time and long days should be expected when traveling. General networking skills are also necessary.
Although our main office is in NE Ohio, our expectation is to provide this employee the flexibility of working out of a home-based office in any geographic area in the United States. Applicants must have reasonable access to a major airport for travel purposes.
Our total compensation package includes base salary, bonus incentives for profitability and business referrals, benefits including health care and 401(k), vacation and personal time, Gradifi student loan paydown program, and wellness reimbursement program.
