The toolkit includes a compliance checklist, the Reg O Workbook which is a Microsoft® Excel-driven spreadsheet that calculates your bank’s maximum amount of Reg O loans, and assures that all individuals and their related interests are within proper tolerances, training manual and Reg O Policy template.
