Anthony Kniss is an IT Manager at Young & Associates. He brings 20 years of experience in IT support, systems administration and service desk management, having worked with organizations in both the financial and educational sectors.

Anthony’s IT career began as a technical support specialist. He then joined OBS Financial, where he served as an IT Systems Administrator for five years. In that role, he managed in-house servers, user accounts and cybersecurity policies. After AssetMark acquired OBS Financial, Anthony took on the role of Service Desk Technician and Production Issue Tracking Lead. In this position, he managed critical IT issues, communicated system updates to internal users and played an instrumental role in transitioning OBS employees to remote work during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Most recently, Anthony worked as an IT generalist at Heidelberg University, supporting faculty, staff and students with hardware and software troubleshooting.
