Lucy is a Senior Lending Consultant for Young & Associates, bringing a strong background of more than 30 years of banking experience, focused on credit administration, leadership and lending.

Lucy’s banking career began in asset-based lending at National Bank of Canada, where she served as a field examiner, credit analyst and relationship manager. Since then, she has transitioned to focusing on credit administration. She has worked at community banks throughout her career, including Sky Bank, Huntington National Bank, Premier Bank & Trust (acquired by Home Savings Bank) and Westfield Bank.

Her most recent position was as Chief Credit Officer with Westfield Bank. She served on the executive leadership team for Westfield, ensuring safe and sound lending and strong asset quality.
