Melissa Bacoccini is a Compliance Support & Reporting Analyst at Young & Associates. Her responsibilities include editing compliance reports, managing document workflows and facilitating the engagement process from proposal through to final report distribution.

Melissa’s banking career began over 20 years ago as a part-time teller at a local community bank. Over the years, she advanced through a variety of roles including Customer Service Representative, IRA Specialist, Newsletter Editor, Mortgage Loan Servicer and Processor and Team Lead in the Commercial Loan Documentation Department. In that leadership role, she was pivotal in guiding the bank through becoming a HMDA-reportable institution and was actively involved in developing a system for 1071 reporting for commercial lending.

In addition to her extensive banking background, Melissa worked for 10 years as a certified Tax Preparer and gained valuable expertise in tax preparation. Most recently, she earned her certification as a Payroll Specialist, further expanding her versatile skill set.
