Rhonda White

Rhonda White is a consultant for outsourced loan and escrow servicing and manager of the accounting department at Young & Associates. Rhonda values the relationships with our loan servicing customers and is committed to excellent service. She provides servicing of simple loans, escrow processing and analysis, complex loan servicing and modifications, as well as all reporting to our loan servicing customers and 1098 reporting to the borrower.  She has more than 15 years of experience in accounting and 8 years in loan servicing.

Clarissa J. Sinchak, PHR

With 20 years of experience as a Human Resources professional, Clarissa specializes in employee engagement, compliance, labor law, payroll, benefits, performance management, recruiting, onboarding, compensation, succession planning, and training and development.

Clarissa leads Young & Associates’ Human Resources department, aligning HR initiatives to the current and future needs of the business units of the organization. Her role is to guide the organization through policy, process, and systems changes while leveraging improvements to process, HRIS technology, employee education, and employee engagement to benefit the organization. Her prior experience includes working in the HR realm in industries such as public accounting, banking, and government contracting, and she strongly believes in fostering a people-first culture. Clarissa received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Human Resources from Youngstown State University, obtained her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI), and was previously the Membership Director and President of the Western Reserve Chapter of the Society for Human Resources Management (WRC-SHRM).

Nicole Conrad

As the Director of Marketing at Young & Associates, Nicole leads the strategic planning and execution of all marketing initiatives. With a focus on driving growth and fostering community impact, Nicole employs data-driven approaches to effectively communicate the value of Y&A’s products and services to community financial institutions. Her goal is clear: to support as many community financial institutions as possible in achieving their objectives and serving their communities effectively. 

Nicole is a seasoned marketing strategist with a proven track record in crafting comprehensive marketing strategies tailored for corporate growth. Her commitment to understanding client needs and aligning marketing objectives with strategic goals ensures that every campaign is designed to deliver meaningful results. 

In her role at Y&A, Nicole oversees all aspects of marketing planning, direction, and coordination, including marketing plan development and implementation, sales enablement, monitoring industry trends, and establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) for agile decision-making. Her expertise extends to consumer behavior analysis, messaging framework development, multi-channel campaign testing and optimization, market dynamics, and customer relationship management. 

Through her role, Nicole closely collaborates with cross-functional teams, utilizing her keen eye for optimization and innovation to customize Y&A’s solutions for the specific needs of each institution served. Her dedication to delivering value-driven marketing strategies underscores her commitment to helping clients achieve their business objectives. 

With a B.B.A in Business Administration, Marketing, and International Business and a slew of certifications in Google Analytics, HubSpot, and more, Nicole brings a wealth of expertise to her role. As Director of Marketing, Nicole is dedicated to making a positive impact on the communities served by Y&A, one institution at a time. Her strategic mindset, dedication to driving results, and passion for fostering strong collaborations make her a valuable asset to the Y&A team. 

Karen Hevesi

Karen Hevesi brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her role as Education & Products Manager at Y&A. Since joining the company in June 2020 as the Quality Control Coordinator, Karen has consistently demonstrated her commitment to excellence, leveraging her strong organizational skills to drive success within the QC team.  

In early 2021, Karen’s outstanding performance led to her promotion to Education & Products Coordinator, where she played a pivotal role in enhancing the educational services and product offerings provided by the company. In this capacity, she took on a broader scope of responsibilities, overseeing the planning of online education events, managing educational materials, and facilitating timely distribution to clients. 

Throughout her tenure, Karen has been instrumental in building strong cooperative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration, and driving innovation in education and product development initiatives. She has also been actively involved in handling inquiries for training support, working closely with key educators to address training requests and resolve any issues effectively, further underscoring her commitment to client satisfaction and operational excellence. In her previous role as Education & Products Coordinator, Karen excelled in policy projects and demonstrated her ability to cultivate and nurture strong business partnerships, particularly within the compliance sector. 

With her proven track record of success and unwavering commitment to excellence, Karen Hevesi continues to play a vital role in advancing the company’s mission of providing top-tier education and products to clients in the compliance industry. As Education & Products Manager, Karen will build on her experiences as Quality Control Coordinator and Education & Products Coordinator to lead a dedicated support team and spearhead strategic initiatives to improve and expand Y&A’s education and product offerings. 

Oliver Sutherin

Ollie Sutherin serves as the CFO of Young & Associates. 

Previously serving as Principal of Y&A Credit Services, Ollie held key responsibilities in steering the development, growth, implementation, and strategic planning initiatives for the company.

Commencing his banking journey in 2016, Ollie concentrated primarily on the commercial banking sphere. His tenure with Young & Associates commenced with a focus on the company’s loan review process, delving into the fundamentals of lending, credit, and actively engaging in fieldwork for loan reviews. Transitioning to a credit analyst role in a West Virginia regional bank further enriched his expertise.

Rejoining Young & Associates in 2018, Ollie contributed significantly to the loan review department, conducting meticulous third-party and due diligence reviews for small and regional banks. His responsibilities expanded as he assumed a managerial role in lending administration, revolutionizing the department’s information distribution and documentation through streamlined processes and the successful implementation of a new software platform. Under his leadership as the Quality Control Department Manager, the department experienced two record-breaking revenue years, nearly doubling its productivity.

Ollie holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from West Virginia University in Morgantown and completed an MBA with a concentration in Management from Marshall University. His steadfast commitment to excellence and innovative approaches to financial strategies continue to drive Young & Associates’ success in the dynamic financial industry.

Michael Gerbick

Michael Gerbick brings to Young & Associates, Inc. over two decades of domestic and international experience in project management, business partner integration, systems implementation, business system integration, and business process re-design. He is currently responsible for all accounting functions, identification and implementation of internal process improvements, and productivity enabling systems for Young & Associates, Inc. In addition, he can provide expertise to financial institutions in project management and systems integration.

Michael’s education and experience have contributed to successfully leading projects that included diverse functional IT and consulting teams. Prior to joining Young & Associates, Inc., he was part of a cross-functional systems implementation team where he advanced from technical expert to leading global implementation projects. Michael’s educational achievements include B.A. and MBA from Kent State University.
