Michael Gerbick brings more than two decades of domestic and international experience in project management, business partner integration, systems implementation, business system integration, and business process redesign to Young & Associates, Inc.

He currently oversees the firm’s operations, including accounting, information technology (IT), human resources, and marketing. In addition to his operational leadership responsibilities, Michael works directly with financial institutions, providing expertise in strategic planning, interest rate risk reviews, liquidity planning, and capital planning.

Michael’s education and experience have contributed to successfully leading projects that included diverse functional IT and consulting teams. Prior to joining Young & Associates, he served on a cross-functional systems implementation team, advancing from a technical expert role to leading global implementation projects. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Kent State University.
