Auditing RESPA

This seminar will focus on auditing RESPA, including all portions of the regulation. The major portions of the regulation include Section 8 violations (a major subject these days), escrow, and mortgage servicing.  The examiners are spending much more time focusing on these subjects, and if you audit and find any issues before they do, your bank can avoid regulatory findings and scrutiny. The materials will include worksheets to assist you in the audit process. The day will conclude with large servicer rules and audit, so those who are not large servicers can end their day a little earlier. The agenda below details the subjects covered.
