Gay McGee has over 30 years of experience in the financial industry.

At Young & Associates, her focus is in the areas of deposit and lending compliance. Gay has worked with small and large community banks, focusing on consumer compliance and operations. Her experience includes tenure as a senior compliance consultant, serving clients in the Southeast, and she most recently served as the chief compliance and BSA officer at a small community bank in western North Carolina. Her industry experience also includes management of deposit operations and retail and serving as security officer and information security officer. Gay attended the University of North Carolina and has obtained the Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) certification.
