In over 45 years, we have grown and expanded our product and service offerings to include all of the major areas of banking, including regulatory compliance, risk management, capital planning, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, branching and expansion, loan review, and information technology. Through affiliations with state and national banking associations, we also provide educational seminars and training to more than 3,000 individuals each year.
Currently, we have a unique opportunity available to join our Information Technology (IT) Consulting Division as an IT Consultant. This role provides the opportunity to develop long lasting valuable relationships with our community financial institution customers helping them improve their IT environment as well as work directly with our team of IT Consultants to enhance the service offerings of our IT Consulting Division.
IT Consultant’s primary responsibilities include:
- Perform IT Audits based on the FFIEC’s Information Technology Examination Procedures.
- Review of the design, implementation and effectiveness of technical controls used to mitigate IT risks.
- Perform network vulnerability assessments with scanning software.
- Provide tailored feedback to clients to fix gaps in the IT control structure.
- Prepare audit reports.
- Prepare pre-audit documentation.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Collaborate with the Y&A team to enhance product offerings.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelors in IT, another related field, or other relevant work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the following areas:
- Windows Server administration
- Virtualization management
- Network management and administration
- VoIP management
- Microsoft 365 administration
- Knowledge of cloud (Azure, AWS, or GCP) environments is a plus.
- Experience with Nessus or other network vulnerability scanners is a plus.
- Programming/scripting (C#, PowerShell, Python, etc.) experience is a plus.
- Work experience with a financial institution is a plus.
Our firm is located in Ohio, however our expectation is to provide this employee the flexibility of working out of a home-based office in the Midwest. Applicants must have reasonable access to a major airport for travel purposes.

Our growing team is seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead our expanded marketing program and increase our presence in targeted markets. As Marketing Manager, this individual will be responsible for translating business needs into effective marketing strategies which improve awareness and opportunities for Y&A’s brand, our team of experts, and our services. This hands-on role partners closely with leaders at all levels, including our executive team, business unit directors, external agencies, and others to implement campaigns, manage budgets and projects, and deliver engaging experiences which drive value for our business and our clients.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develops marketing strategies and messaging which aligns to Y&A’s strategic plan for growth, considers industry and economic changes, identifies and addresses the needs of new and existing clients, and differentiates Y&A from our competition.
- Works directly with COO and CEO to measure the effectiveness and performance of all marketing efforts and their impact on Y&A’s goals and key performance indicators.
- Maintains relationships with state and national partner associations to lead all marketing efforts, sponsorships, participation, and collateral development for conventions and tradeshows.
- Leads and manages corporate marketing and communications projects, both print and digital (newsletters, postcards, catalogs, letters, flyers, posters, and emails).
- Manages all aspects of web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns, and related agency relationship(s).
- Leverages Y&A’s CRM tool (HubSpot) to identify trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on data-driven insights.
- Serves as marketing ambassador, promoting a learning culture at Y&A with education on how CRM and other marketing automation tools can assist our team and help grow our business.
- Uses experience and knowledge to develop new and creative growth strategies through traditional (outbound) and digital (inbound) marketing channels.
- Utilizes proven tools and analytics to define and evaluate the effectiveness of end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Coaches and develops marketing team.

This role provides the opportunity to develop long lasting valuable relationships with our community financial institution customers as well as work directly with our team of Compliance experts to improve our Compliance Division.
Although our main office is in NE Ohio, our expectation is to provide this employee the flexibility of working out of a home-based office, preferably in the Midwest, as much of our Compliance business is geographically situated in that region. Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintaining client relationships.
- Conducting on-site and off-site regulatory compliance reviews, training and writing reports.
- Provide support to our community financial institution clients by responding to client calls/emails that come through the Compliance Hotline.
- Composing articles for the monthly compliance update newsletter and other compliance related publications.
- Update policies and products provided by Y&A in the compliance area.
- Assist in the growth and profitability of the Compliance Division.
- Assist other consultants with their compliance reviews or report writing.
